As part of the 66th International Fair of Technology and Technical Achievements, which will be held at the Belgrade Fair from May 21 to 24, the Republic of Serbia’s installation “Play for Humanity!” was presented, in the organization of five ministries of the RS Government: Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation; Ministry of information and telecommunications; Ministry of Sports; Ministry of Education and Ministry of Tourism and Youth.
On this occasion, the Institute of Animal Husbandry presented its activities with two exhibits: MIS sheep and Software for registry records in animal husbandry.
MIS – a new breed of sheep. White wool, early maturing, excellent productivity. Adapted to different growing conditions, it represents a great potential for sheep breeding in Serbia and beyond.
The Institute’s Livestock Registry software enables tracking of animal data, including provenance and production parameters. It ensures data protection and helps in analyzing herd performance and making safe decisions.
